At NutriSource Pet Foods, we want you and your pet to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your apparel or pet gear doesn't fit perfectly, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a pre-paid shipping label.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the products are free of pet hair and odors.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
